First-party tracking

Collect core website activity directly in WordPress without requiring a third-party analytics platform.

Lead-focused reporting

Connect traffic and page activity with email, phone, form, download and custom CTA conversions.

Page-level insight

See which pages attract traffic, produce leads, receive engagement or may need stronger calls to action.

Client-ready reports

Use responsive dashboards, print-friendly reports and downloadable PDFs for meetings and reporting.

Turn website activity into clearer business signals.

Analytics focuses reporting on the questions organizations usually care about most: where traffic comes from, which pages perform, what visitors engage with and where leads are generated.

Conversion tracking

Track email clicks, phone clicks, downloads, standard form submissions, supported AJAX form successes and custom CTA conversions.

Traffic attribution

Capture UTM source, medium and campaign values alongside direct, referral, organic search and recognized social traffic sources.

Engagement signals

Record page time, engaged time, link interactions and scroll-depth thresholds to understand how visitors use important content.

Form engagement

Track form starts and submissions, including success events for Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms and Gravity Forms.

Opportunity reporting

Identify top-converting pages as well as pages receiving traffic without recorded conversions, helping teams spot opportunities.

WordPress-native administration

Keep analytics settings, dashboard access, exports, syncing and data reset tools inside the WordPress administration area.

Track it. Understand it. Improve it.

Collect useful website activity and turn it into reporting that clients and internal teams can understand quickly.

Visitors Engage

First-party tracking starts returning relevant content as soon as the minimum character threshold is reached.

Analytics Aggregates

Daily aggregated storage keeps reporting compact while preserving the page, source, campaign and conversion signals needed for analysis.

Your Team Acts

Client-ready reports reveals successful searches, zero-result opportunities and the content visitors choose.

Keep the reporting useful without keeping every raw event.

VisionRed Suite Analytics stores daily aggregates in WordPress and uses anonymous visitor and session cookies to support session and returning-visitor logic without placing visitor IDs in the reporting tables.

Executive KPIs

Review leads, conversion rate, sessions, average page time, average clicks and estimated bounce rate from one client-friendly dashboard.

Traffic source reporting

Compare sessions, leads and conversion rate by source, medium and campaign to understand which channels contribute useful traffic.

Cleaner reporting

Exclude WordPress administrators, previews and common page-builder editing modes so internal editing activity does not pollute reports.

Data controls

Administrators can reset analytics tables while retaining settings, and uninstalling the plugin conservatively preserves historical data unless it is removed manually.

VisionRed Suite Analytics Insights dashboard

See where visitors arrive, what they do and which pages create action.

Analytics combines acquisition, engagement and conversion reporting so website performance can be reviewed without digging through raw event tables.

Lead-action reporting

Break down email, phone, form, download and custom CTA activity by page to see where visitors take meaningful actions.

Landing + page performance

Review landing pages, pageviews, page time, engagement and top-converting pages to understand which content attracts attention and contributes to leads.

Reports you can share

Use trend sparklines for daily leads and sessions, a browser-print report for client meetings, and downloadable server-generated PDFs containing summary metrics, top sources and top converting pages.
