Epic Search can search posts, pages, attachments and public custom post types such as services, products or resources. Administrators can exclude post types globally or for individual blocks and widgets.

Yes. A page can have its own search title, description and image, and it can also be excluded from internal search without being unpublished.

Epic Search includes SEO titles, descriptions, canonical and noindex controls, social metadata, sitemaps, editor previews and related tools. It also detects several common SEO plugins so duplicate metadata can be avoided when another SEO workflow is already in use.

When enabled with consent, Search Insights records search terms, result counts, result types, clicks, source pages and approximate repeat searchers. Raw IP addresses and browser user agents are not stored, one-way hashes are used and records are automatically removed after 90 days.

Pro adds PDF, DOCX and text-like file indexing, full-text database search, deeper analytics and reporting, local-business and Speakable structured data, llms.txt overrides and additional AI crawler reporting.

No. Structured data and llms.txt can give machines a clearer summary of a site and its pages, but they do not guarantee that a page will be included or ranked in an AI-generated answer.
